Operation Christmas Child

Operation Christmas Child
Thank you EVERYONE for your participation in 2016! It was a huge success. Grace Chapel is looking forward to 2017. OCC is an exciting ministry of Samaritan’s Purse that seeks to share the love of Christ through the giving of gifts packed in shoeboxes to children in need around the world. Each child receives God’s Word in their language along with your box. Grace Chapel participates each year and is looking forward to the 2017 packing season.

Operation Christmas Child InfographicSince 1993, more than 100 million boys and girls in over 130 countries have experienced God’s love through the power of simple shoebox gifts from Operation Christmas Child. Samaritan’s Purse works with local churches and ministry partners to deliver the gifts and share the life-changing Good News of Jesus Christ.

Where Do I Drop Off My Shoe Box?

Right here at Grace Chapel during National Collection Week
Grace Chapel is excited to be an OCC Relay Center. This means that we gather filled shoe boxes from other churches, schools, scout groups, sports teams, families, and individuals in the surrounding area. We gather all the shoe boxes and send them on to the nearest Collection Center – the next stop on their way to millions of waiting children worldwide.
