God does remarkable things through his people in all corners of the world. We are excited to be involved with the many missionaries that are now serving as part of the Grace Chapel family abroad.
Currently our missionary family is scattered throughout 31 countries around the world seeking to preach the good news, minister to the needs of hurting people, disciple believers, nurture young churches and train leaders who can carry on and multiply the ministry.
Missionary guest speakers visit us at various times throughout the year to share what the Lord is doing in their part of the world and teach us about the culture they live in. We are encouraged to pray for and communicate with our missionaries and to participate in short term mission trips in order to learn firsthand about the work of God's church worldwide.
Two weekends a year are scheduled Mission Focus Weekends. The missions committee partners with the Missions Pastor to fulfill Board policy. The members of the committee work together to keep the need for Global Outreach before our congregation and to maintain contact with the missionaries that we support. |
