New Group Leader Checklist...
- Communicate with one of the pastors your interest in beginning a new small group.
- Invite people to your group based upon interests, availability, and purpose.
- Meet and use Arnold’s Small Group Starter Kit Bible Study for 6-weeks to cultivate our small group vision.
- Complete the Group Covenant as part of the Starter Kit Bible Study.
- Build a Leadership Team with an apprentice to mentor and assign other responsibilities within the group.
